The film is a crime thriller set in New York. A middle aged police detective (Michael Madsen) puts his retirement on hold to solve one last crime involving mysterious murders linked to the mafia and the Columbian drug cartel. His rookie assistant (Corey Large) soon finds that police work is a serious and dangerous job.
