About WingmanWingman Productions was founded in 2003 by Corey Large, a young actor from Victoria, BC,
an island near Vancouver. The vision was simple: create mainstream feature films at a low
cost… without sacrificing quality.
Over the past three years, he has written, produced, and sold three full length features to
major studios. These films include major stars, engaging storylines, and the highest quality
in production value. In the following pages, we will outline current and upcoming projects
which are in high demand by Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, Warner Bros., Dreamworks,
and others.
The film industry is full of people with dreams and ambitions. Most film makers never get
past the front door of the major studios and distributors. Those who do often negotiate higher
budgets than necessary. Others sacrifice quality in the effort to keep the budget low.
Wingman Productions has developed a process for accomplishing three vital components to
producing films that are guaranteed to sell every time. These three elements are: 1. A compelling
and entertaining story, 2. Big-name actors, and 3. Top quality production.
Our track record speaks for itself. Corey’s first film, “Window Theory” debuted in March of
2005. The budget was a modest $500,000. It was immediately bought by Monarch Pictures,
an international distributor and immediately, the funds were reinvested in the next project.
With the success of “Window Theory,” Wingman continued to develop scripts and recycled the
profits to produce a suspense crime drama, “Chasing Ghosts” starring Michael Madsen, Gary
Busey, and Shannyn Sossaman, Meat Loaf, and others. They completed the picture in six
months for $1.7 million and sold it to Sony Pictures.
Corey’s success soon ushered him into high level meetings with studio executives. When he
began work on his latest film, “Toxic,” Sony Pictures and Universal Pictures made offers even
before the film was finished. His final cost for “Toxic,” starring Tom Sizemore, Susan Ward,
and Master P was $1.2 million.
Wingman is currently in various stages of preparation for the production of ten films. Each
of the productions is a major motion picture with big name casts. The producers, directors,
and writers for these pictures are also of top caliber. Some have won Academy Awards, one,
has directed films rendering over $1.5 billion in revenues. All of them are gifted craftsmen
who take pride in their art… the art of entertainment.
